Your listing is ready in minutes once the walkthrough finishes uploading. How long depends on the length of your video and how much you covered while filming. Lisly sends you a notification when it’s done, so you can close the app and get on with your day.
Do I need a real estate license to use Lisly?
No. Lisly is for anyone with a property to sell or rent out, whether that’s your own home or a portfolio you manage for clients. Agents, brokers, homeowners and landlords all use the same app.
Do I need a professional camera or a photographer?
No. Your phone’s camera is enough, and Lisly pulls the listing photos out of the video you record. A steady hand helps and a gimbal helps more, but neither is required.

Can Lisly post my listing to my MLS or to portals?
Lisly doesn’t post to portals or MLS systems directly. What you get instead is an AI agent package: your listing data in standard real estate formats, plus the photos, the description and the transcript. The package also carries instruction files that AI coworkers like Claude Cowork or ChatGPT Work can read to fill in portal forms for you.

Lisly Pro is $4.99 a week for 50 credits, or $14.99 a month for 200 credits. One listing costs 50 credits, so the weekly plan covers a single listing and the monthly plan covers four before any extras. You subscribe inside the app, through the App Store or Google Play.

Do drafts cost credits?
No. Credits come out when Lisly starts making something, so a draft you save and come back to costs nothing. If a job fails because of a technical problem, those credits go straight back to your balance.
Do you charge extra for teams?
No, there’s no per-seat pricing. You turn your account into an organization, invite as many agents as you need, and the subscription and credits stay on one billing account. Everyone works from the same listings.
Do unused credits roll over?
Subscription credits don’t roll over. Each billing period starts with a fresh balance, and anything left over from the last one is gone. Credit packs work differently: they’re valid for a year from the day you buy them, and Lisly spends your subscription credits first, so a pack only comes out when the subscription balance runs out.
Can I get a refund?
Subscriptions and credit packs are non-refundable, apart from the rights your local consumer law gives you. Purchases run through the App Store and Google Play, so a refund request starts with Apple or Google. If a lasting technical problem on our side keeps you from using Lisly and we can’t fix it in reasonable time, contact us and we’ll put it right. Our Refund Policy has the details.
